About this villa rental
In the charming and secluded residential area of Cala Ginepro, a luxurious villa with ocean views, just 700 meters from the beach. The villa (approximately 480 square meters) sits on a lot of over 2,000 square meters. The first floor features a spacious veranda overlooking the sea, which is illuminated at night by charming LED lights embedded in the ceiling, giving you the sensation of dining under a starry sky. There is a large living area—also with ocean views—a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. In the basement, there is a living area with a kitchen opening onto a second large veranda and a charming garden surrounded by rocks and creeping rosemary, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a storage room. There is also a fifth bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, complete with a bathroom and private access. A large sun deck offers a panoramic view of the entire Tavolara Marine Protected Area, and the three gardens surrounding the villa will treat you to a unique olfactory experience, thanks to the fragrance wafting from the arbutus and myrtle bushes, the junipers and holm oaks, the prostrate rosemary, and the bougainvillea. Your children can climb the rocks, run joyfully among the olive trees, taste our arbutus berries, and dive into the beautiful pool. The villa’s furnishings were entirely custom-designed and crafted with the aim of recreating an “en plein air” atmosphere indoors as well, featuring rocks from our seas that emerge in the living room and Orosei marble. The railings on the verandas and the sun deck were crafted according to our design by a blacksmith from Gallura, the same artisan who created the now-famous war chariot featured in Ridley Scott’s film *Gladiator*.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Adele. Beautiful property and very clean and well maintained. Great location and absolutely loved the outdoor space and the pool. We hope to be back one day!

MY FAMILY AND I TRULY ENJOYED OUR 2 WEEK STAY AT THE VILLA ADELE.
THE SWIMMING POOL IS IMMACULATE, THE VIEWS ARE AMAZING.,YOU NEVER WANT TO LEAVE THE VILLA. BUT DEFINITELY DO, THERE'S SO MUCH TO DO & SEE FROM THIS PERFECT LOCATION.
SARA IS A LOVELY HOST. HER PROPERTY MANAGER STEPHAN IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. SARA IS AVAILABLE TO HELP ARRANGE FOR A PRIVATE CHEF TO PREPARE A WONDERFUL DINNER, OR A BOAT EXCURSION FOR THE DAY IN THE MOST MAGNIFICENT TURQUOISE SEA WATER.
