There was excellent communication prior to our trip and they were accommodating up our earlier arrival. The location was absolutely perfect in the center of everything we wanted to see. The room was beautiful and the accommodations were lovely. Incredible value, would absolutely stay again.
Literally, the only downside was that there was no window to the outdoors, but we really didn’t notice until the morning time- the outdoor bar was right outside of our room, so we’re able to have a nice outdoor space right nearby

The bed was super comfortable and soft, and the room’s lovely decor made our trip to Oaxaca feel very luxurious and romantic. Ivan at reception was also so nice and friendly.
On the last day, there was a weird smell coming from the toilet pipes

This accomodation has everything. Location is fantastic, it’s beautiful and the service is splendid. If you’re english speaking i would highly recommend a private tour with Ivan, he’s the man!
