The staff was so kind and welcoming. The hotel is located in a great location. Breakfast is included and it was delicious! The little garden area was so nice. Rooms are super clean.
It's not that I didn't like it but just be aware they do not have an elevator, all stairs. Not a big issue but if you can't go up a few flights, ask for a 1st floor room.

Great location and facilities. The kitchen staff was great: we had an early morning tour and they packed breakfast for us. There are water/drinks and fruit in the common area.
It took more than 10 mins to confirm the room was ok to check out. We booked two tours from the tour desk in the hotel, one was good, one was terrible. The taxi ride we booked was terrible: the driver was constantly on the phone and no air con in the hot weather.
