The hotel is very clean, and the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. There is always someone at the reception desk if you need anything. A special thank you to the Front Desk Manager, Francisco Cuéllar, and Isabella for their wonderful support. Since we arrived late at night, I was a bit anxious, but after communicating via email, I felt completely reassured. The communication was quick, and they responded immediately. The location of the hotel is excellent—within walking distance of all the sights, and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. There is also a metro station and a bus stop nearby, making public transport very accessible. The bed was very comfortable with wonderful pillows and blankets. The room also features a kettle for making coffee and tea, which are restocked daily. You can also adjust the room temperature yourself, which is great. Upon arrival, we received complimentary mineral water and greeting cards. They also provide disposable toothbrushes with a small toothpaste, which really impressed me as most hotels do not offer this. To my surprise, when checking out, they also gave us a goodbye card with chocolates, which made a strong impression on me. Additionally, they welcome you with a personalized message on the TV screen, which is a very sweet touch. There is also an option to store your luggage after check-out, which is incredibly convenient. Conveniently, there are power outlets right next to the bed. The lighting is also beautifully designed and highly adjustable, making it easy to set the perfect ambiance or read a book at night without waking up the other person.

As a minor recommendation, I would suggest adding another large towel in the bathroom specifically for hair. The sink and shower faucets have an unusual design, and it took me some time to figure out how they worked at first. It would also be great to have a full-length mirror in the bedroom or the hallway, as the only mirror is in the bathroom, making it inaccessible if someone else is using it. Lastly, the soundproofing could be improved, as you could hear the voices of other guests very clearly when they returned late at night.

Stylish, comfy, great location (I could walk to everything!), helpful staff.

When I returned to my room after a day out, the door was open and unlatched. Fortunately none of my valuables were missing but it was concerning. Also, the coffee and creamer packets weren’t replenished but that’s typical of many hotels.
