Amazing location, central to everything we wanted to see, quiet and calmer than centro Madrid, but still walking distance from the hustle & buzzle. Friendly staff, ample rooms, immaculately clean.

There was no coffee maker in our room located at the 3rd floor, but our friend’s room at the 7th floor has. Why? Please let me know.
Thank you.

Good hotel! Only spent one night here before my flight back home. Nothing fancy just a simple room, 20 minutes walking distance from plaza mayor.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our whole stay. The room was honestly okay. Our room specifically didn’t have a coffee maker, an added amenity you would expect to have at a 3 star hotel. Our trash was not taken out for two days & started to overflow. Our glasses were not replaced at all. We had to go down to the bar to get new glasses every day. Other than that, the hotel was in a great location and very close to the metro.
