MISERABEL

Unfortunately, I had to leave the apartment after 15 minutes due to an overwhelming smell of mustiness and mold throughout the entire place. These conditions caused my wife and daughter shortness of breath and coughing, which is why, instead of a two-day stay, we only stayed for 15 minutes. The bedding was musty, crumpled, and it looked and smelled like it had been used—multiple times at that—without being washed. Overall cleanliness - terrible. The check-in process was difficult; despite sending scans of our documents twice via the form, a staff member tried to force us to additionally send photos of our ID documents via WhatsApp, without any security. As compensation, we were offered a 5% refund... We had to leave the apartment out of concern for our health. You can decide for yourselves, not everyone has to be bothered by this. Pictures of "clean and fresh" bedlinen when we enter the apartment...
