The space
The stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (plus study) offers open-plan living, custom Sheoak cabinetry, polished timber floors, ducted air-conditioning, and wrap-around verandas perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine overlooking the fields. The outdoor resort-style bathroom adds a touch of indulgence, and the pool lights, switched on near the shed, create a magical evening glow.
Guest access
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Directions and key instructions will be sent the day before or on the morning of arrival.
Check out is no later than 10 am.

We do not offer refunds for:
-Rooms appearing smaller than photos
-Less storage space than expected

-Small items accidentally left by cleaners (e.g., mop under bed)

Eight of us had a great farm stay even tho we got lost for ten mins looking for the farm as the address was misleading. It would be helpful if the host had sent a picture of the entrance gate to help us locate it.Highly recommended for family with young kids as the animals, a big field and a swimming pool are all within the premises. A 5 kg bag of carrots was provided for feeding the goats giving much fun for the kids and adults too. The house is clean and well kept. However, the garage area is dusty and messy and one of the garage doors is not working. One of the window blinds in the living room is not working. Not enough cutlery for eight people and a few cups n bowls are chipped; need to be replaced.The electric extension cords provided in the rooms are too short to reach the bedside table lamps.The estate is pleasantly peaceful and quiet and not too far from town. The surrounding is well lighted in the night. Will we come again? Probably yes, if the kids ask for it.

It is an amazing property. Host were really good with communication as well.Pool condition was bit questionable, took us some time to clean it.Everything else was up to the mark. Recommened !!
