My booking was cancelled by the tourist park, which is bad for business. Over a request for towel

Maintenance crew, the older folk that reside permanently at the park

Poor people skills. Either they treat everybody poorly when requesting bare necessities or it’s a deeper issue. The cost is reasonable but they’ve created policies that allow them to charge but not deliver. Manager Cancelled my booking and got her staff to cowardly hide behind the policy of not having to provide a reason. which is poor reflection on the Park itself. Over a request for a towel and a tv that worked. Was a reasonable request given I’d approx $1700 on accommodation. However after being told to wash my own towels as they are not like hotel. We’ll just call it Racism

Would not make my worst enemy stay there

Dirty, loud and staff were appalling

Everything. I would rather sleep on a park bench

5 / 10

Disappointed given price

Was clean

Its size and proximity to the unit next door. Being able to hear people going to the toilet is not what I want to listen to

5 / 10

Bit disappointing

Nice trees and garden. Away from everything and quiet, probably better for a long stay or if you have pets.

No hot water!!, no towels supplied, lots of instructions supplied only after booking and not mentioned before, you have to do own dishes, empty bins, clean toilet etc all yourself which is fine if they mentioned it before you book but they have non-refundable rates and mention all of this sort of thing afterwards. No WIFI and phone reception was poor. Lots of instruction and signs in the unit which makes you feel uncomfortable.

Are little small but just what I needed

Nothing

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

The room was clean and tidy, I honestly thought it was a normal room, but was so thankful that our cat could stay with us. The staff were so nice and lovely at check in. I loved that there was no carpet in the room.

The light from the TV was really bright at night.

I liked that it was out of the city and not hard to navigate to

Flowers smelt very strong and overpowering in the chalets area
