Spacious apartment, minimum effort hospitality

Spacious apartment with a good layout, located relatively close to the city center (though certainly not in the historic center), approximately a 15-minute walk away, with a nearby bus stop providing convenient access to the area.

The apartment had a strong musty smell caused by dampness, and throughout our 3 day stay we had to keep the windows open in the hope of airing it out. The toiletries provided (shampoo and shower gel) for 3 people staying 3 days were supplied in a ridiculously small quantity (just six small plastic sachets). We were forced to buy shower gel from the supermarket, and there was no hand soap at all. Imagine arriving at an accommodation after a long journey (flight plus road travel) and finding no soap in the bathroom. Not good. Throughout our stay, the Wi-Fi (a basic amenity in any accommodation) did NOT work. Although we reported the issue promptly, the owners made absolutely NO effort to resolve it. In fact, our second message was rudely left on "read" via WhatsApp. As a result, we had to use up all the mobile data on our phone plans. Fortunately, we were not visiting the city for work, because otherwise this would have been a major disaster. The listing's claim of free parking (see also the relevant search filter) is, at the very least, misleading. It simply refers to street parking, which was not even freely available. Finding a parking space was particularly difficult in the evenings due to the large number of vehicles in the neighborhood. The reference to a balcony is also misleading, as it is more like a bird cage than an actual balcony. In addition, there was significant traffic noise at night in the main bedroom from the road running directly below the apartment, so it can hardly be described as a quiet place to stay. The accommodation contained a few tea bags, some salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar tossed into a basket. Not even a sample of coffee or anythnig else. General comment: Proper hospitality requires far more than simply managing a property, giving it a basic cleaning, leaving a few miniature shower gel packets, and collecting payment.

Appartamento un pò trascurato e non così comodo per il centro.

La doccia è rotta/storta, il letto a castello, traballante, non era stato fatto. Alcune lenzuola sporche e bucate, in un paio di occasioni abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad aprile la porta blindata. Saremo stati sfortunati, ma era impossibile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Per andare in centro ci vogliono 20 minuti a piedi.

Vicinanza al centro, appartamento grande e parzialmente restaurato. La zona giorno e zone notte belle e spaziose. Pulizia

I bagni sono da sistemare/completare. Il parcheggio non c'è e bisogna essere fortunati a trovarlo lungo la via e non è gratuito ma a disco orario. Terrazzino inutilizzabile
