Valentina was very approachable, helpful and met us at the station.
The balcony including an awning and with a wonderful view was much appreciated.
Well equipped and comfortable.
Perugia is a really interesting city but be aware it is very hilly. The appartment is well situated for exploring and the mini metro is about a 10 minute walk away and that will take you to the station should you wish to visit other towns.
You have to be careful on the marble steps between rooms.

Ho trascorso davvero un bellissimo soggiorno in questo appartamento. È spazioso, luminoso, comodo e arredato con grande gusto, ma ciò che lo rende davvero speciale è la piccola terrazza con vista sul centro storico di Perugia: un angolo davvero piacevole, soprattutto la sera.
Vorrei anche ringraziare di cuore la proprietaria, che è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile fin dal mio arrivo. La sera in cui sono arrivata a Perugia è venuta personalmente a prendermi alla stazione, un gesto che ho apprezzato davvero tanto e che mi ha fatto sentire subito accolta.
Mi sono trovata benissimo e credo sia davvero il posto ideale dove soggiornare per godersi Perugia con tranquillità e sentirsi un po’ a casa. Tornerei sicuramente!
