Location a nd it's proximity to my training venue

The room does not have a refrigerator, cups, water,basic facilities and there was no cleaning throughout my stay and price charged for the room is on the high side

Huge disappointment - Property description is misleading and in some case just false

Not much.

Wow. What a major letdown!!! We were a group of 3 consisting of my wife, my 46-year-old disabled son and myself. We booked 2 double rooms for 2 nights. The first night was so disappointing that that we notified management that we were checking out and left the next day. We believe we are due a refund of $384 for the night we didn’t stay. Calling a property “Your Apartment” creates some minimum expectations for someone that is looking to book. Reinforcing expectations are the photos included and the following quote. “Comfortable Living: Tower Bridge Road I Your Apartment in London offers a comfortable apartment with free WiFi, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Guests can enjoy a city view from the dining area and relax on the sofa.” In addition, the description of the double room includes a “Wardroom or closet”. So, with the information given on Booking.com, we expected two comfortable mini apartments with each having a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette area with a small fridge, a separate bathroom, a place for luggage, a wardroom or closet for clothes, a side bed table or two, and perhaps a couple of chairs and maybe a small desk and a window. It turned out that both “apartments” we got were almost identical and their description is summarized below: • Our “apartments” were located on the third floor of a refurbished older building with very high ceilings and there were no lifts. • Each “apartment” consisted of one small room approximately 7.5 x 8 feet with a door opening to a very small bathroom. • The very squishy and uncomfortable bed was wedged in between three of the walls with no room left between the foot, head and one side of the bed and the walls. • There was no wardroom or closet or kitchenette area. • There was no place for bags and/or luggage. The only option was to shove them under the bed. • There were no tables or chairs. • There was one free standing close rack for a shirt or two. • No A/C and no windows

clean, pragmatically equipped room, supercomfortable, large bed, quietness - street noise did not disturb us, reasonable ( 20-30min) connection with London centre, effective communication with staff

lack of window does not help.I believe that the respective information could be easier visible during the booking process
