Clean, comfortable, well located, and the manager and staff we’re so exceptionally kind and responsive
I love natural light and there wasn’t a lot due to the room location next to the neighboring building but there were still windows and some light coming in!

The place is very accessible through subways and buses, just 2-5 minute walk to bus stops and 5-10 minute walk to subways. Just a walking distance to Cheonggyecheon, Insadong, Gyeongbokgung Palace and Myeongdong. Jong-no is a nice are to stay, a lot of restaurants and very lively at night.
Rooms are very small. We booked the SUperios Family room. the beds are okay, the bathroom size is decent but not enough space for luggages. If you only need space to stay without big luggages then the place is okay, but if you have kids and a lot of things it's not recommended. Also no staff on the reception.

The location was amazing, it was really close to subway and Myeongdong, there are a lot of good food spots nearby. We were before our check in time and they let us in earlier. I really recommend staying here
