the space in the room is adequate
When I arrived, I rang the intercom (at round 20:00 Hr Namibian time) and there was no one at the premises. It was dark and streets were quiet, I waited for a long time and I think the yango driver I had hired noticed that I was scared and he told me to get back into the car and wait till I get someone to open for me, he was so caring. He waited the whole time for my safety. Later on the owner and the admin guy arrived and they blamed me for not informing me that I was on the way. The most annoying thing was that the numbers that were displayed on the wall were not being picked and the owner did not acknowledge that but rather blamed me that I was supposed to have known that it is a WhatsApp number but the display does not indicate that the number is for WhatsApp only. The same number is the one that is listed on booking.com when they say "contact the property" I even asked him how someone booking for the first time would know that he/she has to call prior to arrival and the response was that's how they operate... It was quite frustrating.
Owner explained that he has two places of residence but the address on booking.com led us to the place were I was stranded.
There is also too much light that comes into the bedroom because there are no curtains making it difficult to sleep.
It was a very bad experience
