I enjoyed my stay! The hotel was generally clean, but more thorough inspections are needed, as the area under the bed had not been properly cleaned. The location was convenient, with the mall nearby and easy access to public transportation.
Nothing apparently!

The staff where incredible!
The stay was comfortable and lovely. I absolutely loved it!
The TV light blew, they had it replaced within an hour.
Will be returning again and again!
If am to be super critical, the towels where just a little worn out and old and I have noticed that one spot in the bathroom where body wash or shampoo can be placed was still dirty from previous client's products. BUT I cannot overall fault cleanliness and comfort.

Large room, staff very friendly. Good value for money. There's a very good cafe next door, great for breakfast. I arrived early morning and was able to get my room right away. Good service! Thank you for making my first visit to Windhoek so pleasant!

The rooms are very spacious.
The room was not clean. The surfaces were very dusty. The rooms are not sound proofed, I could hear everything from the guest across my room.
