The apartment is situated in a convenient location for access to Leeds Playhouse and a 12 minute-or-so walk to the Leeds Grand theatre. It is roomy enough for 4 adults in 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, and good cooking/dining facilities.
There is a gated carpark included in the price , which was very convenient for us as no carrying suitcases through the streets.
We will happily rebook if the opportunity arises.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was modern, clean, and well-maintained throughout, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The location was ideal, especially for visiting the arena, as it was just a short and convenient distance away. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The free secure parking was a big bonus and made everything stress-free. The layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for two ladies on a girly trip, giving us both space and privacy. The cinema screen was a fantastic extra and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a brilliant place to stay and we’d definitely come back!

Location. 2 bathrooms. Clean. Good communication with owners. Good parking.
Photos don’t represent it! Very tired - needs a paint - the walls are marked and the hob should be replaced. For the price I would have at least expected some proper coffee or basic decent supplies. The 2 ‘sofa beds’ are like cardboard and only suitable for children, not adults! The master bed mattress was very uncomfortable and dips in the middle.
