Not worth the money and have made a formal complaint. Do not book.

The location was probably the best part about the flat.

Cracked hob, door off its hinge, windows bordered up with bin bags, missing sofa bed? Plus black mould and stained pillows/duvets.

Not worth the money I paid!

Nice space.

Not clean, WiFi didn’t work, broken bed, no duvet on one bed, coffee pods didn’t fit machine. Said private parking but it wasn’t. Host didn’t respond.

DO NOT STAY HERE IT COULD BE BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH

Nothing, from the moment walking in from a busy road with no private parking as advertised there was a smell and I could tell we had made a big mistake and it was not as advertised and I wasn’t wrong

Very busy road, next apartment gang of lads having a party hanging out of windows and smoking joints, There was a mouldy smell when entering the property First impressions very very dirty, dust and smelly never cleaned even though you are charged for a clean Wi fi wasn’t working tried for an hour and all passwords didn’t work and just a red flashing light Went to oven and the hob was all smashed up and unusable sharp glass edges exposed another safety hazard they had tried covering over with a towel Bedrooms were dirty and smelly , dust all over the bed heads and cobwebs all over lights and ceiling Holes in bed sheets and bedroom window was broken, no fans as advertised so was very hot Utility door was hanging off its hinges The bathroom was a complete disgrace loose taps, dodgy flush on toilet Shower covered in black mould disgusting… 5 people and not one of us could take a shower it was unusable and unacceptable and was probably a health hazard needs reporting to trading standards The front room covers were full of unsightly stains Described as private parking with a river view this is also total lies Sent the owner/ management a few messages and received no reply Foolishly I had not read the reviews from past guests and they had experienced the same months ago so obviously this owner management does nothing to fix these problems You have be warned this flat is a disgrace and half the amenities dont work and full of black mould Booking .com. doesn’t care about refunds and not interested Luckily I paid on my credit card so will be taking it up with them The owner did not answer my questions via booking.com I had to what’s app them, they promised a refund but never did Dishonest owner /management Unfortunately I am only allowed 4 pics but have lots more and videos I will be sending to credit card company

Everything I was expecting, good location for city centre and for the price I believe it was good value

Very minor issue was the black marks on sealant in shower cubicle could easily be rectified and would look so much better
