We had a very good stay. We liked it was clean. Nothing was broken and nothing shabby.
The matras was at first a shock to us.Because of how light it felt, and we could feel the springs. Only before it surprised us.
They were actually pretty fine. We imagined they would not carrry my weight (90+kg). We did sleep like babies on them.
Instructions were a surprise as well, because we had to drive to a shop to get the keys in the middle of the centre. You have your own private parkingspot (15) and the appartnr is 53 (not 15 as we assumed)
After a 10 hour drive, arriving in darkness and rain not something we wished for. Especially not in the centre of nottingham and not being used to leftsided driving. However, we found it, and it worked out well. Its ok, just take it into account. And the location eventually was an advantage. There is TV with netflix options. There are two bedrooms with their own showering/toilet facilities. Cooking seemed a bit of a challenge for us, since we struggled to get the oven operating. Online manual told us it was in demo mode wich could be fixed by -+ buttons pressing at once. We forgot to bring a UK-EU adaptor, and managed first day by our powerbanks, so if your from outside UK. Thats a reminder. Or maybe the host can provide one in the equipment :-). There is also working wifi. An elevator from the first, usefull since location is top (3rd floor). Kitchen equipment for cooking, we found to be unusefull. You can manage but i would recommand bring or buy you own pan.There is nice warm shower, however there is a boiler, so you have to keep in mind there is a limitation. Or else last person gets a cold shower. In conclusion, i would definately recommand this for short stay in nottingham. YOu will be surprised (positively) For those who ride bikes. We went kinda mtb biking in the sherwood forest, very recommandable. (they even have e-mtbbikes!)
Remember to return the keys at the same (one stop) shop.
Nothing really, for maybe better kitchen/cooking equipement. And charging the EV with the available pod points would have been nice. Also uk-eu adapter would have been nice too.

Communication was lacking. As I had heard nothing about the arrangements re key etc I phoned in the morning of arrival. I was told there would be a text forwarded telling us how to collect the key. Finally 40 minutes before arriving at Nottingham while we were driving it arrived. Went to the One Stop where the shop proprietor originally knew nothing about the property or key. Finally he smiled and produced the key. We were told the wrong apartment number in the text and caused stress to the people who were in that room when we were trying to enter. We could not access the lift because there was a mattress and other furniture in the way. We had to locate someone to move that. The information sent to me by booking.com said there was no parking. Thus my friend paid £20 for private parking but when we finally got inside the apartment we found a parking permit for the property on the table. We could not access the guest manual easily. There was a large stain on the carpet in the main bedroom. There was a large storage box in the ensuite which was smashed . The kitchen floor had a chunk out of it. The balcony door was wide open and when we tried to close and lock it it would not click into place so we had to sleep with it open all night and leave it ajar when we left the property. This caused us some stress about our safety.

Took 5 hours to collect key to unit. Verandah door wouldn't lock. Bathroom door handle already broken on arrival. Storage box in Bathroom damaged. Blind cords broken in 2 rooms. Bedroom carpets marked. Smell permeating throughout building from storage bins downstairs attracting insects.
