A very good and cosy place to stay. Has all the facilities.

Comfortable modern very clean, well presented, functional if not cosy and spacious.
Very nice shower room
Nice kitchen area, adequately stocked
center of town and next to a "Beirkellar" bar open till 2
Wed night (student night) was noisy with students singing and shouting till gone 12. However the earplugs provided did their job if you don't mind them.
Thursday was normal low level city center ambient noise which the double glazing handled fine

Great accommodation and really central.
Spotlessly clean in apartment although communal spaces not so, party detritus not cleaned away all weekend. But this didn't detract from a lovely apartment! There is a lot of street noise at night, until 3am, but earplugs provided.
Brilliant instructions for parking, entry to building, and directions to the car park (a little obscure without the instructions). A gated, safe parking area and designated place.. excellent.
We were aware of the street noise (single-glazed windows?) but earplugs provided.

The instructions to find it weren’t easy to follow as we arrived in dark. Didn’t expect to be on a building site. Our car was covered in dust on second morning.
