On Phu Quoc, we stayed in three different places, and The Palm truly exceeded my expectations. The bungalow was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped; all the furniture was new. The staff were very kind and helped us book a full-day excursion to Sun World (Sun City). While the location might not seem ideal at first glance, it was actually the place where I felt most rested and relaxed—especially in the swimming pool, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening. Thank you!

Room and staff was good
The bathroom was nice and very clean but didn't have shower screen. But it still offers value of money. And what i didn't like was that its far away from restaurents and coffee shops. I prefer hustle bustle. Good for peace lovers though.

I liked there was a kitchen so we could make breakfast. The washing machine. Room was nice with a pool view. I could rent a scooter there which was very convenient due location wasn't good for walking. A/C in room was quiet at night. Kids friendly staff.
I wish the pool was larger. I wish there was a curtain in shower so toilet wouldn't get wet after each showering, we had to wash floor every time after usage of shower or to have separate slippers for that area, i guess curtain would be at the same price but solve problem of water everywhere. Also there was problem with the sink, the water was drained really slowly despite manager tried to fix it.
