Excellent local, super clean, compact studio apartment we stayed in.
I liked very much the communication prior to arrival - all necessary information was shared on a timely manner, and we were welcomed by the host upon arrival, who was very kind and helpful.
The flat is small but enough for 2 person - the kitchen has everything you need for a city break and to cook something fast and easy.
The area is quiet, the neighborhood is lovely- the Hyde park is just around the corner, as well as many cafes, restaurants and shops.
Reaching the city centre was super easy by the tube/ bus.

The location, kitchenette and laundry. The code entry was great, we didn’t need to worry about miss placing a key . Hot shower was great too.
Not too much. It would have been good to have a dish cloth to dry the dishes, we made due.

Location is excellent. Host was a great communicator. The room was ready early. A huge bonus for us. The room was very clean.

It is very well located, it has what you need for a short stay, it has AC, and a washing and drying machine on site.
It needed some TLC. The walls were stained and dirty, no kitchen sponge or cloths, the bathroom had mold in the shower, the sofa bed (which I clearly stated that I was going to use, and it was communicated several times before my arrival) was dirty, with stains, hair and food crumbs. I contacted the property when I was trying to make the bed and they told me just to put the bedding on top of all this because the cleaner cannot come and when I asked them for the vacuum to clean it myself, they said again that they could send the cleaner the next day. I spent the next morning waiting for the cleaner and she did not arrive, so I told them I will fix it myself. And on top of that, the doors open with a password that you can guess very easily.
