This place Was Amazing Clean, friendly and Easy, Access

Do NOT book this room unless you are ok with a sharing a single bathroom (1 toilet, 1 shower) with 3 other rooms. When I booked, there was no mention of a shared or common bathroom, hopefully that has been remedied for those that read this (this is the primary reason I’m taking the time to write this review). When you’re hoping for a romantic getaway in Italy, waiting in line for a bathroom kinda kills the vibe. The listing also mentions a laundry onsite. This is half correct, there is washer, but no dryer with no area to leave clothes to dry, A bit pointless to advertise as an amenity if you ask me. I reached out to the host regarding my concerns on the bathroom, but never received a response which is disappointing. On the plus side, the location can’t be beat, Literally across the street from the Duomo.

3 / 10

The room was clean and the location was great, however, it was not mentioned that this was a shared apartment with a shared bathroom. We were expecting a hotel or at least a B&B with a proper check-in desk, as that is what the listing sounds like, and instead were given a code to enter the room and never spoke to or even saw any sort of reception staff that was mentioned in the listing. The bathroom door didn’t lock, which was concerning since the bathroom is shared with the other people occupying the other rooms. All in all, this rating would definitely be higher if the description was clear as to what this property is. The stay was fine, it just wasn’t what we were expecting based on the description provided.

Super clean and central location. Great with little kids!

"The location is amazing the rooms are clean and so is the bathrooms. Too bad there’s no iron to iron clothes after being in a suitcase. Other than that everything is great."

Room was clean and super easy to get into and private despite the shared bathroom. You have a key to your own room. But the staff did not respond to any messages before I arrived, during my stay, and for the checkout processes. I had no instruction to check out. Good location though for travelers

The flat is located in the heart of Florence , walking distance from all main attractions. Duomo is exactly opposite the flat and the view is amazing Comfortable beds , really clean and it got everything that you may need for your stay including a coffee machine. The host is really kind and helpful, I can thank him enough for everything
