Room was clean and super easy to get into and private despite the shared bathroom. You have a key to your own room. But the staff did not respond to any messages before I arrived, during my stay, and for the checkout processes. I had no instruction to check out. Good location though for travelers

The location is amazing the rooms are clean and so is the bathrooms. Too bad there’s no iron to iron clothes after being in a suitcase. Other than that everything is great.

The flat is located in the heart of Florence , walking distance from all main attractions. Duomo is exactly opposite the flat and the view is amazing
Comfortable beds , really clean and it got everything that you may need for your stay including a coffee machine.
The host is really kind and helpful, I can thank him enough for everything
