Connecting with the host was great and easy via text. The property was clean and safe inside the complex. There was a great coffee shop nearby and it was within walking distance to the convention center, downtown area, restaurants, etc. I was very busy so really only saw my room and the lobby.
The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was great. I appreciated having a steamer available to prep my clothes for my conference.
The area around the apartment complex was not that populous at night, so I did not feel comfortable walking to from the convention center area to the apartment when it was later in the day. The bed in my apartment was not very comfortable and I had difficultly sleeping due to that.

The location is good.
The reception on the 3rd floor is a little weird

Clean, safe. Comfortable bed
The parking was a bit confusing so more direction in that aspect

It had a really nice rooftop pool and gym, and the place was clean, and the AC worked well
We were running a few minutes late from brunch, tried to get to the front desk to let them know that we would be 10 min late checking out, but then no one was at the desk...waited and got charged 50$ for the late check-out even though we were 15 min late all in all. So don't be even a minute late, or they will charge you because she was ready to charge me for 3min late. The beds weren't great; one shower was way too hot, but the other worked fine. Make sure you bring an eye mask bc the black curtain can't match the Phoenix sun. FYI: A lot of homeless people across the street near the Valley Metro train stop
