L’emplacement est parfait ! L’appartement est spacieux ! Nous étions 5 et avions de la place pour tout le monde ! Très confortable et la vue est exceptionnelle !!! La collaboration avec les propriétaires était parfaite aussi … des réponses rapides et très très gentils !

La ubicación fue conveniente porque tardamos 10min en llegar caminando al trabajo. El apartamento era amplio y con un baño en cada habitación lo que lo hizo muy cómodo para la convivencia de las 6 personas que estuvimos. También cuenta con lavadora, secadora e incluso un vestidor, por lo que había mucho espacio para las maletas. Suficiente menaje de hogar. Había jabones tanto para ducha como lavar los platos.
Las zonas comunes muy cuidadas y agradables.
Lo peor 2 cosas concretas:
1:Sólo tuvimos una llave para los 6, por lo que tuvimos que estar coordinados constantemente, ya que hace falta para TODO: abrir el portal, subir al ascensor, ir a las zonas comunes…. Estaría bien tener, por lo mínimo 2 juegos de llaves.
2:Los stores no aíslan a penas del sol, por lo que hace bastante calor y claridad en la mañana; recomiendo llevar antifaz para poder dormir una vez sale el sol. Estaría bien unos stores que tapen mejor.
Luego detalles como algunas cosas rotas: una silla y el sujeta rollo de papel y de toallas de uno de los baños.
Una pena que el baloncesto funciona a pilas y no hubiera suficientes.
Las zonas comunes cierran a las 10:30, habría estado bien hasta las 12.
La fuente de agua del gimnasio no funcionaba. Pero por lo demás la valoración de todos nosotros es muy positiva !!!

It’s a beautiful building and in a great location. Close to the convention center so it was very convenient. It’s a great space and kept clean.
While the property is kept clean, it’s very poorly managed. Nobody seems to be checking in on basic maintenance. One bedroom had no blinds or anything to cover the windows, so the guests in that room were up at 6am with the bright Phoenix sun. There were at least a dozen light bulbs burned out throughout the apartment. The key fob for the parking that was supposed to be included did not work, so we had to pay for parking. And for an apartment that can conceivably sleep six or more, only having one key for the property was very inconvenient. We only had three of us and unless we were glued together at the hip all week, it was incredibly inconvenient.
