The Beletage apartment on the 1st floor is accessible via an outdoor staircase on the side of the building and features a bright, spacious living area with plenty of natural light and an unparalleled view of the Baltic Sea. The living area features a built-in, well-equipped kitchen and is perfect for cooking together and relaxing. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding glass wall, allowing the view of the Baltic Sea to open up seamlessly. The original pitch pine floors highlight the villa’s historic character and create a warm, cozy atmosphere. High ceilings and charming historic details round out the ambiance.
