The hosts were exceptional, friendly, going out of the way to be helpful and supportive. Guiding us through the medina, arranging taxis and arranging restaurants.
The bathroom light did not work, the mirror needs replacing and the shower floods all over the floor. Lighting in the room was too dim to read for me at night. The Riad has only been under the hosts management for a year and there is still some work to be done in restauration and updating.

Zouheir is a warm inviting and delightful host with good communication. Riad was very nice: comfy bed, lovely staff, spacious room with a seat. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Good central location and easy to find our way around.
Wifi was patchy and would drop out if you sat on the bed.
Be aware that the loudspeakers for call to prayer are almost on top of the building - exceptionally loud even with ear plugs, it started at 0430 in October and lasted for 30 minutes.

Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Riad was well located inside Medina
The initial up-stairs room offered to us on arrival was quite small with broken air conditioner which was disappointing . Luckily we were able to change that room for another that was better. Breakfast ,whilst ok ,was a little meagre compared to other , less expensive Riads we had experienced.

The riad is cosy. The room is spacious.
The riads location is nicely placed near the kashba.
We did not really have the Moroccan hospitable welcome. The beds are very soft and smaller. The airconditioning remote was no where to be found. So it was hotter in the room than outside.
