I really enjoyed my stay in this comfortable residence suite in Kuala Lumpur! The balcony offered a stunning view of Merdeka 18 especially at night when it was beautifully illuminated. Although the suite was on the 18th floor, it didn’t feel that high because of the surrounding tall buildings. The location was fantastic, with the monorail, famous Jalan Alor food street, and huge Pavilion shopping mall all within walking distance. A wonderful combination of comfort, convenience, and amazing views!
When I arrived, I discovered that I had booked a residence suite rather than a hotel room. I tried calling the number on Booking.com, but it didn’t go through. I then contacted the host through the hotel reception and was told to come back at the exact check-in time. My main concern is that the host should provide all essential property and check-in information directly through Booking.com, not only by email.

Great high floor. Very quiet - comfortable and clean. Good shower - good hot water. Great TV and streaming services. It's in a hotel complex so there is a restaurant on site. There are many other food options locally.
All good

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to many places and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
We experienced an issue with the washing machine during our stay. When we tried to use it, the electricity went out throughout the hotel. We hope the host can check and fix this issue to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests

The location was good.
The person handling the room allocation was not resourceful and friendly. The towels provided were old and worn out. The pillows and blanket were very old. Looks expired. Not comfortable for sleeping. Nice room but housekeeping did not maintained the rooms as required.
