Our stay was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the thoughtful baby amenities, including a separate dental kit. The complimentary laundry service was very convenient, especially when travelling with a baby.
The service didn’t quite feel 5-star. There was no bellboy or porter to assist with our luggage, so we had to carry everything to the room ourselves while travelling with a baby. Communication was also difficult as none of the staff we encountered spoke English, and the breakfast was disappointing.

I particularly liked staying next to Kunming high speed railway station. The staff were nice, but none of them spoke much English. The hotel was clean and was good quality. Food was easily found close to my hotel at late hours.
