We had a wonderful stay at HUALUXE and it was especially memorable as we were celebrating our daughter’s first birthday.
A special thank you to Mia, who communicated with me through WeChat and helped with all the arrangements. The hotel surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to the Nailong Suite, simple birthday decorations in the room and a complimentary birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more special for our family.
They also provided a complimentary 20-minute photoshoot with three free photos. The photos turned out really well, so we decided to purchase additional ones. Costumes and makeup are also available for an additional charge if you would like the full photoshoot experience.
We also loved the little details in the room. There was a lovely tea set provided together with a guide on how to prepare and enjoy the tea, which was a nice experience for us. As we were travelling with our one-year-old, we really appreciated that the hotel provided a separate set of baby toiletries as well. It was a thoughtful touch that made travelling with a little one more comfortable.
The room itself was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Food was okay overall, but we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of choices and everything we tried tasted good.
Overall, the hospitality, family-friendly touches and thoughtful birthday arrangements made this a very memorable stay for us. We truly appreciated the effort the hotel put into making our daughter’s first birthday special.
The food could definitely be improved, although the breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable.

The breakfast had a great variety of both Asian and Western options – fresh and tasty. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city centre and scenic spots. The staff made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of.
