Am Deich House 16 welcomes you to a prime location in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst—just 200 meters from the fine sandy beach and equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay any time of year. Built in 2001, the house offers a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere for up to four people across 71 m² of living space.
The vacation home spans two levels and features a total of three rooms, including two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second is optimized for children and also offers a comfortable place to sleep. A crib is also available for the youngest guests. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and hair dryer. A separate guest restroom adds to your comfort during your stay.
The heart of the home is the open-concept living and dining room on the first floor, where you can enjoy cozy moments by the wood-burning stove. The underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth even on cooler days. The living area is complemented by the dining area with a dining table and an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cutlery.
The outdoor area features a private terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and a charcoal grill, so you can enjoy relaxed meals outdoors. The garden is particularly well-suited for families, and all windows feature privacy screens and fly screens. There is a free private parking space for your car next to the house.
