The house spans two floors and, with 71 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for up to four people, including two sleeping arrangements specifically designed for children. Two bedrooms, a living room with an open-concept kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower create a cozy atmosphere for families and couples.
