Our quiet and well-maintained 2-room non-smoking apartment, featuring a large living-kitchen and bathroom on the first floor of a two-family home, offers plenty of space for vacations, getaways, or working...
The entire apartment is lovingly and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. Tasteful, one-of-a-kind artistic pieces can be found throughout, seamlessly integrated into the apartment’s overall design.
This, combined with its views of the greenery, makes the apartment truly special.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) featuring high-quality mattresses, as well as a floor-to-ceiling closet.
The adjacent bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower.
In the living room, a comfortable, high-quality spring-core sofa—which folds out into a sleeping area for 2 people (160 x 200 cm)—invites you to relax. Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa as a bed! The dining table is also perfect for use as a workspace.
The living room opens directly onto the garden area, which is welcome for sitting (or smoking outdoors). Sorry, this is a non-smoking apartment!
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (oven + glass-ceramic cooktop), refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, pots, cutlery, etc., etc.
It also features a dining area for 4 people.
All windows have exterior roller shades, ensuring privacy and undisturbed sleep.
Up to 2 cars can be parked on the property free of charge.
Fresh towels for the bathroom and kitchen are provided once a week.
Fresh bed linens are provided every two weeks.
A washer and dryer are available for a fee. Please inquire in advance.
We place great importance on cleanliness and treating the apartment with care:
Work boots, motorcycle boots, dirty shoes, etc., must be placed exclusively on the designated rack!
Please make sure that upon check-out
- trash is disposed of in the appropriate bins in front of the house,
- any dirt or mess you caused has been cleaned up,
- everything is returned to its original place,
- the windows and doors are closed,
- all personal belongings have been taken with you,
- and the keys have been returned.
Important Note: A security deposit of €500 must be paid for each reservation! Any damage must be reported immediately!
