Kaisers Ferienhof warmly welcomes you to a cozy and comfortable vacation apartment with its own terrace, which can accommodate up to four people. Whether you’re a family, nature lover, hiker, cyclist, motorcyclist, or skier—our farm is the ideal starting point for a relaxing and varied vacation. On the first floor, our 78-square-meter apartment, “Kaisers Bauernstuben,” awaits you. It features two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an entryway, a modern bathroom, and a sunny terrace. The kitchen is equipped with every convenience—in addition to a stove, dishwasher, and built-in kitchen, a traditional country-style kitchen stove adds a special touch of coziness. It not only invites you to linger but can also be used for cooking and baking. The adjoining dining area is bright and inviting and opens directly onto the terrace, which is also accessible from the living room. The apartment is rustic and lovingly furnished, perfectly in keeping with the rural idyll of our farm. The smaller bedroom features a 140-cm-wide double bed, two nightstands, and a spacious closet. A window overlooking the front yard fills the room with plenty of light and creates a warm atmosphere. The larger bedroom is furnished with a 180-cm-wide double bed, two nightstands, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. Here, too, a window overlooks the front yard, lending the room a bright, inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2017 and offers modern amenities, including a spacious shower with a wellness shower panel and a low threshold, as well as a sink and toilet. This ensures that every day of your vacation begins and ends on a pleasant note. The vacation farm is situated on a property of approximately 10,000 square meters. Thanks to its idyllic location, it’s a perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions into nature. Well-known hiking trails such as the “Höhenflug,” the Hallenberg-Medelon Nature Trail, the Nuhnewiesen Nature Trail, and the Liesetal Nature Trail run right nearby. Those who want to experience the region from above will find impressive lookout points at the Heidekopf Tower, the Bollerberg Tower, and the Struth Tower, all of which offer a fantastic panoramic view of the landscape. Motorcyclists will also find plenty to enjoy here, as the “Land of a Thousand Mountains” features numerous winding routes perfect for extended rides. The area is equally popular with Nordic walking enthusiasts, who find ideal conditions here. The picturesque town of Hallenberg is also part of the Sauerland Winter Sports Arena. SnowWorld Züschen and the Pastorenwiese cross-country skiing center are just a few kilometers away and offer guests a wide range of winter sports activities. Whether in the summer for hiking, biking, and exploring, or in the winter for downhill and cross-country skiing—Kaiser’s Ferienhof offers an unforgettable nature experience for guests of all ages, no matter the season. A 100% prepayment is charged upon booking. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.
