This bright and welcoming 80 m2 apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms available as follows: a large family room with a box-spring bed and a baby cot, and a bedroom with a box-spring bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV and a children’s play area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, and basic amenities such as glasses, dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand blender, and toaster. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower. An additional guest restroom is available. Discover your perfect vacation rental in the Bavarian Forest for family-friendly vacations with your dog. A renovated 120-square-meter vacation rental with a total of three bedrooms awaits you. All rooms are on one level. Free baby gear (crib, high chair, changing pad, and much more) is available in the apartment. The spacious, light-filled living room has room for the whole family. A play area for the children with a play table, tent, Legos, board games, books, and art supplies offers a little respite even on rainy days. Our guests have exclusive use of a spacious, fenced-in garden. In addition to seating and a grill, there’s a barefoot trail, a trampoline, a sandbox, and lounge chairs. Our guests have access to the Bayerischer Wald aktivCard, which allows you to enjoy up to approximately 130 all-inclusive activities for free. Your home away from home for your next vacation—the “Zur alten Schmiede” vacation rental in the Bavarian Forest! Payment is due in advance. A deposit of 200 EUR will be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by arrangement. Check-out should be by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. One pet is allowed for a fee of 20.00 EUR per pet per night. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. In the interest of sustainability, we would appreciate a minimum stay of 6 nights. All utility costs are included in the price. Dishes, hand towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided. Two parking spaces are available free of charge. The tourist tax (per night) of 1.30 EUR per adult (ages 16 and up) will be billed separately on-site.
