You got what you pay for
Close to city of London and many tourist attractions.
There was an unpleasant smell, especially from the sofa—it smelled like cigarettes.

I booked this apartment for three nights specifically because it advertised Wi-Fi, as I am travelling for work and require a reliable internet connection. However, for at least two nights so far, there has been no Wi-Fi available in the apartment.
I contacted the property manager, Ecem, immediately to report the issue. On the first day, she assured me in writing that the Wi-Fi would be fixed and available the following morning. This did not happen, and the problem remains unresolved. When we followed up, her communication was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not provide any meaningful solution and ultimately suggested that our only option was to leave the apartment.
Furthermore, when we attempted to contact her again for assistance, she stated that she could not help because she was “not working,” despite the fact that this issue was ongoing during our stay and concerned an essential service included in the booking. I have screenshots of all conversations demonstrating this behavior and can provide them if required.
As resolving the Wi-Fi issue requires physical access to the apartment, we clearly informed the manager that we would be available only until 10:00 a.m. to provide access, as we had scheduled commitments afterward. Despite this, Ecem refused to come to the apartment within that timeframe, even though 10:00 a.m. is well within normal working hours and customer support hours on the booking platform begin at 8:00 a.m. This refusal further delayed the resolution of a critical issue and left us without any viable solution.
In addition, we were disturbed by other residents of the building. We found a note left outside the apartment by neighbors stating that they had noticed the apartment was being used as an Airbnb/Booking rental and that it was not allowed to be sublet. This caused additional discomfort and raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the rental. I also have a photograph of this note.
