We didn't book breakfast. Location was excellent/ The lady who checked us in was excellent and moved us to the second floor after the elevator did not work.
The elevator could have been working. The young man who said he would help us move our baggage down stairs when we left, did not appear when we stood in the foyer. That was a bit disappointing as we had heavy bags and we are both in our 70s. We had expected to have elevator. The room was smaller than we anticipated.

Good pricing compared to other Toronto hotels. Quiet, and comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. Check staff (Llam ?) was super sweet and helpful!

The location is quite central and about a 15- 20 minute walk from Union Station. The key code system reduces stress about forgetting your key card in the room.
Facilities- one of the plugs in our room was completely bent which was the extension lead for the coffee maker and lamp, which we then could not use. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom and the windows did not open, so even with the AC the room smelt quite musty and felt damp.
Accessibility- we were on the 4th floor and the lift was broken. If yoh struggle with stairs this hotel is not for you.
Sleep- the bed creaked every time you moved. There was also a translucent window from the bathroom next to the bed so when someone goes into the bathroom, the light wakes you up.
