The location is very good. Loads of restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was minimal but good free coffee and water refill.
The room was next to the property you can hear anyone going up or down the stairs. There was a checkin at 3 in the morning so we barely slept that night.

The location was great, and the included breakfast was very nice with wide choice
The place is a bit old and it shows… the floors of the bedrooms were very noisy, to get to the rooms you must take a very steep and narrow staircase which is not great when having a baggage

The location was great and room was large and clean
The kitchen area is way too small and the breakfast located in the corner made it logistically difficult.
The bed was comfortable but linen was polyester which is horrid to sleep in.

"Great location in historic townhouses facing Clarence Park, near many restaurants and amenities. My room was clean and well-supplied with towels, soap etc., and reasonably priced. Staff were very help..."
