The location and staff were amazing. Very close to the metro and tram and the staff very helpful and friendly. They were there to help us make our stay comfortable and fix any issue we faced.
Personally the pillows were not very comfortable but the staff got us new pillows to fix that. And the breakfast was a bit limited would be nice to have more diverse choices

The staff were friendly and supportive helping with everything.
The breakfast could offer a bit more.
