About this apartment rental
The apartment is a delight; each space has been decorated with great care and affection, as it was our home for many years. There are two suites, in addition to the service suite. Beautiful and pleasant living spaces. Wonderful wooden floors, distinctive and charming furniture and details. The double-height ceiling in the living and dining room, combined with the sun and ventilation provided by the large windows, makes the apartment a haven of peace in the middle of the metropolis. The suite's bathroom is a pleasure in itself. The apartment has a fireplace and, in the common area, a dry sauna and garden. Private parking and weekly cleaning are included in the accommodation. It is on the top floor of the building, the 8th floor, on a dead-end street with a square in Vila Madalena. Within walking distance of excellent cafes, bakeries, art galleries, clothing stores, furniture stores, craft shops, high-end design stores, as well as excellent restaurants and bars.
