Great place. Internal theft. Poor management response.

Great building, comfortable bed, great neighborhood

On the last day of our stay belongings worth a few hundred dollars were stolen by the cleaning staff. Messaging the host resulted in no quick resolution thus far. I have never ever complained about theft in hundreds of stays across booking and airbnb (because it has never happened). The willingness to solve and speed of the management left a lot to be desired

Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience. We plan to be back soon. Thank you!

Great location, breathtaking view, and very comfortable apartment! Well decorated and the kitchen was very well equipped.

Nothing major. I had some issues with the parking. Probably because we arrived during the weekend. It would be nice to better communicate the vehicle registration system!

Time rude, quarto pequeno, hotelaria falha!

Area de lazer; academia;

Sistema de check-in extremamente falho e experiência muito abaixo do esperado. Eu estava em voo e meu namorado chegou antes ao local. São Paulo estava frio e, mesmo com todos os dados enviados previamente pela plataforma, ele precisou aguardar do lado de fora por uma falha no registro do check-in. O prédio não possui recepção, apenas uma portaria terceirizada que faz a comunicação com o anfitrião. O problema maior foi a postura da equipe de segurança: extremamente rude, sem qualquer preparo ou treinamento de hospitalidade para lidar com hóspedes. Fomos muito mal atendidos durante o processo. Ao reportar toda a situação ao anfitrião, esperávamos no mínimo um pedido de desculpas ou algum reconhecimento da falha. Porém, recebemos apenas justificativas dizendo que a espera “não chegou a 20 minutos”. Mesmo que esse fosse o caso, já seria uma situação desconfortável e incompatível com uma boa experiência de hospedagem. O ponto principal é que eu realizei o check-in dos dois hóspedes pela plataforma, mas aparentemente o cadastro dele não foi corretamente processado. Inclusive, o fato de ele posteriormente conseguir entrar sem a minha presença confirma que os dados dele já constavam na reserva. O problema não foi apenas o tempo de espera, mas a soma de um processo falho, atendimento despreparado e ausência de cuidado na resolução do ocorrido. Uma hospedagem não se resume ao apartamento; a experiência começa no momento da chegada. Quarto extremamente pequeno e cheio de moveis desnecessarios; Nao dá pra circular a cama sem bater na TV suspena no teto; Nas fotos parecem bem maiores; Banheiro com chuveiro que você mal consegue se mexer;

Nice stay in Pinheiros!

Great location, beautifully decorated apartment, and a very welcoming atmosphere, the kitchen is very complete, nice view from São Paulo . The neighbours were lovely, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and shops nearby. A wonderful place to stay

A few minor areas could be improved. Greater attention to cleaning and presentation, particularly keeping the sofa and decorative cushions looking fresh and inviting The registration process was a little challenging at first, though we were able to complete it successfully. On one night, the alarm system went off several times, but after contacting security, we were promptly informed that it was due to a malfunction ( a bit stressful)
