The minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.

The house has 4 bedrooms that are always available to guests. An additional room can be made available for a fee.

The villa, measuring 180 square meters, is nestled within a fully fenced olive grove spanning 8,000 square meters.

It features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on each floor. An additional room is available on the first floor, with a private bathroom.

After a day of excursions to the nearby Cinque Terre, you can relax by the pool and prepare dinner on the barbecue while the kids play ping pong.

For the little ones, there are two cribs and two high chairs available.

The village is a 20-minute walk away, (elevation difference of 170 meters). If you’d rather not walk, we provide a garage for one car (maximum height 2 meters) located right in the center of town.

The house, the pool, and the garden are for your exclusive use. Two rooms on the lower floor remain closed and are used for storage.

We will provide detailed self-check-in instructions, and we will always be available by phone. We are locals in Moneglia, so we can also stop by the property if needed.

We do not provide beach towels.

We provide a complimentary starter pack with toiletries and kitchen supplies. This includes hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We also provide some coffee, olive oil, and salt for your first few days.
