Casa Solarolo is designed for those seeking space, tranquility, and the chance to experience Moneglia and its seaside without sacrificing the convenience of having many of the most beautiful towns on the Ligurian Riviera just a short train ride away: Chiavari, Lavagna, Rapallo, Camogli, Portofino, and Genoa.
The apartment features three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a balcony, as well as a spacious living room with an extendable dining table, a TV, and a double sofa bed. It can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and features a dishwasher and access to the terrace. The bathroom has a window, a large walk-in shower, and a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi. Hot/cold air conditioning.
A private parking space is available for guests, with the possibility of a second space upon request. The house is located in a quiet residential area; access to the apartment is through a gate shared with only one other apartment. The distance to the sea and the historic center of Moneglia is about 1 km; the distance to the train station is about 600 meters. The street has little traffic and is walkable, but the last 150 meters are uphill, so a car or motorcycle is recommended for daily travel.
