Arrived early to the property had issues with my credit card but due to an inconvenience trying to book transportation from the airport to the property the front desk attendant (Ale) waived the deposit and allowed me to check in early. It was an absolute pleasure staying at the property even if it was only for 1 night. Great customer service even called a ride for me after checkout. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay.

The hotel was good and staff very helpful. We were told the room was clean and ready prior to 3 pm . When we went in room the shower had not been cleaned as there was alot of hair from previous person . I called the front desk and the supervisor was so nice to us she moved us to a new room right away that was so clean . The stay was good and the breakfast buffet had many choices . We always stay here when arriving in Cancun and day before we leave so we are close to the airport
Lovely hotel and staff . Ale at front desk was so helpful and kind
I forgot to book the shuttle prior to arriving to Cancun . The taxi were so expensive. We called the hotel and luckily the shuttle could pick us up quickly and we saved a lot of money . They were amazing !

Fantastic bed and pillows. Spacious and pretty room. Comfortable AC (not too loud). Great bathroom and hygiene products. Water dispenser (and ice cubes for my US fellows) on every floor. Super nice gym.
