Room was clean and spacious
The staff was not attentive to late night arrivals and there was no consistent communication for airport shuttle which was sole purpose for staying at property.

The complimentary transport people were well organised, efficient, courteous, punctual. one of the best I have ever seen. My special thanks to Omar and Lxthel
I had a special unusual request at the reception: but felt the lady at the counter was not helpful

Location and transport
There was no water available in the room service and the food was terrible. They didn’t provide cutlery/napkins.
Also half of the food on the menu was not available.
Wifi password was not in the room
Coffee machine was broken during breakfast
