The basket service is a great idea as we got replacement towels and tea bags etc as we needed without any intrusion into our room.
No milk on arrival which would have been so nice as then we could have had a cup of tea. But this was a minor detail.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Room kitchen and bathrooms very clean. Grounds tidy. Nice location.

Very noisy heater.

The location and the staff.
The room could of been cleaner, it needs a deep clean, the bedding was rather scratchy and the room was cold. There was a lack of kitchenware and the potato peeler was rusty.
