Accessible well furnished clean and in an old city building with (only, alas) external features extant
Electric installs confusing- sockets a bit random and people using the bathroom at night could accidentally turn on the main bedroom light

Great location to centre just a straightforward road in . Good communication on how to get in etc provided. Able to leave case before check in at 3pm. Good strength shower.
Floors could have done with a mop as these were dirty. Check out was by 10 so an hour earlier than normal .

The apartment was very clean and well appointed with coffee and items you wouldn't carry on a trip. The Duomo was an easy walk and the restaurants in the area are very good.
This unit was a creative redesign of an older building. The reason it didn't work for us is the layout. A loft over the kitchen was accessible by a very steep spiral staircase so many seniors could not navigate. My two daughters that slept there could not carry the luggage upstairs, so the luggage was left in the kitchen. In addition, you can't watch tv if they are light sleepers. The first-floor bedroom has a bed wedged in sideways which for some reason caused me to bang my toes every time I walked around. This unit works for two maybe three people but no more than that.
