Apartment is in mediocre shape, very minimal kitchen utensils, beds were shabby. Location is great but very overpriced.

2 / 10

The check in is very difficult. They message you in advance with instructions then they don’t really read what you reply. I kept having to reiterate the same thing over and over again about requiring luggage storage while I waited for the place to be ready. And then the check-in location was very far from the actual unit. I’m a very compact traveler, but if I had been with my wife, we would’ve had to take a taxi from the check-in location to the union – – she always has quite a bit of luggage. The Internet itself is very small. And there is an elevator that I would not get in. I specifically booked location with air-conditioning as climate change and hundred degree temperatures make that a necessity when traveling in Europe during the summer. No one from the place had checked whether the AC worked and it didn’t. Unfortunately, I really didn’t figure that out until the night when no one was available to help me. There’s no front desk to complain to you just have to message them on WhatsApp. They came and worked on it the next morning while I was in my underwear. And it was clear the unit had not been maintained. When I complained, they did nothing to help me. I would avoid staying here – – there are lots of other great options. I chose poorly.

5 / 10

Location is near to center and attractions. Clean. Efficient staff.

5 / 10

This was a 10 min walk to the Duomo. Great food, gelato and lots around the area. The host went above and beyond to ensure we knew where the location was and how to get in.

We liked the property. We spent 2 night and really enjoyed how close it was to everything. The property was loud because of the tram and older but overall nice.
