Look out over Latimer Square from a private balcony, with your own outdoor parking space included. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse sleeps four and offers a kitchen, 55-inch TV and laundry. Stairs connect the two levels. The central location brings road and city noise, which light sleepers should consider.
The townhouse has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with a 55-inch TV. Enjoy the balcony’s outdoor seating and views over Latimer Square. A heat pump, washer and dryer, kitchen and bike storage are provided. One private outdoor parking space is included free of charge.

The entire two-level townhouse, balcony and designated parking space are for your use. Stairs are required.
Location and transport
Stay beside Latimer Square with central Christchurch dining and attractions nearby. Traffic and city activity can be audible; this may be less suitable for light sleepers.
One free private outdoor parking space is included. Explore nearby city areas on foot or use local transport for longer journeys.
Important information
City Noise - Please note this is an inner-city apartment. It`s near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises.
Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The apartment is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
I would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
