Equipped with an elevator and fully renovated with air conditioning, the apartment is located on the 5th and top floor of an Art Nouveau building. It is very centrally located, just a 5-minute walk from the La Spezia Centrale train station and a 15-minute walk from the seaport, where ferries depart for the Cinque Terre and other coastal towns such as Portovenere, Lerici, and Tellaro.

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn't have been better—just a few minutes' walk from the La Spezia train station, making day trips to Cinque Terre incredibly easy. Everything was within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops, so we never needed a car.The apartment itself was spotless, bright, and felt brand new. Everything was modern, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated how clean and fresh the apartment was from the moment we arrived.After a full day exploring the beautiful villages of Cinque Terre, it was wonderful to return to such a comfortable and welcoming place. If you're looking for the perfect base in La Spezia, with an unbeatable location and a beautiful apartment, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This apartment is in an excellent location. Close to train, restaurants, stores and short walk to waterfront. Host is the best, very welcoming and accomodating. I would definitely recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
