Everything was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay at Ala Boutique Hotel. The room was comfortable, the property was clean and well maintained, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall experience was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Almaty and would love to stay here again!
Nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent, and we had a fantastic experience

Delicious breakfasts, polite staff, clean rooms with well-maintained facilities.
There were issues with the water – long waits for hot water and sudden changes in water temperature whilst showering.
